Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These general terms and conditions apply to all services, in particular wellness and relaxation massages, provided by Aljoscha Weiss, small business wellness massage.

2. Services

The massages offered are solely for relaxation, well-being and health prevention.
These are not medical or therapeutic treatments.
A massage is not a substitute for medical or physiotherapy treatment. In cases of acute health problems or illnesses, we recommend seeking medical advice beforehand.

3. Appointments & Cancellation

Appointments are made by arrangement.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, please cancel in good time – at least 24 hours in advance.
In case of short-term cancellations or no-shows, I reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment price.

4. Prices & Payment

The prices quoted at the time of appointment are applicable.
Payment is made in cash or by bank transfer as agreed.

5. Liability

I assume no liability for health damage resulting from incomplete or false information about health.
No liability is assumed for personal belongings.

6. Data protection

All personal data provided during contact or treatment will be treated confidentially and will not be shared with third parties. Further information can be found in the privacy policy on this website.

7. Severability Clause

Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
